As a UI/UX designer with a background in art and design education, I bring a wealth of design knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to thrive in agile environments.

I have had a lifelong passion for visual design and have studied art and design my entire adult life. After graduating from Montana State University with a BFA in Studio Art, I moved to Austin, Texas, and spent eight years advocating for the importance of visual design. As a visual art teacher for high school students, I spent my days teaching students to tap into the power of visual design and how to defend their design decisions.

With a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, I have developed an impressive portfolio of work that showcases my ability to balance user needs with business objectives. Through my collaborative approach to design, I can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of design solutions.

When I am not practicing my design skills, I like to spend my time drawing, enjoying music, and exploring Austin.
